Onto Getting Device Settings Right!
Your data is like a playful breadcrumb trail, revealing all the juicy details about you—from your favorite hangout spots to your ride-or-die bestie. But watch out! Some sneaky apps might be tracking your every move, spilling more secrets than you’d prefer.
Alternatively, you can also manage permissions by type! Just go to Settings menu on your phone > Security and privacy > Privacy > Permission manager, select a permission category (like Location or Camera), and see which apps have access. This way, you can quickly revoke unnecessary permissions from multiple apps at once!
Empower yourself by granting permissions only when absolutely necessary. Keep your privacy game on point and enjoy a more secure digital life!
Apps hog storage and drain battery, plus they might collect data even when idle. Ditching a few is a quick win for freeing up space and saving battery. Bonus: you’ll also reduce your data footprint! Take a moment to decide which apps you really need, then start deleting the rest. Here’s how:
Android: Settings → Apps → Select the app → Uninstall
iPhone: Long-press the app → Delete App
Not sure about deleting? Check if you can use it in a browser instead!
